Heimnetz oder Unitymedia Problem?

Hallo Zusammen,

da ich nicht weiter komme mit meinem Latein wollte ich hier mal eure Meinungen hören...

Ich habe seit letzen Samstag (31.10.2015) Probleme mit meiner Internetverbindung.

Ich habe ein ARRIS TM722B Modem und dort ist ein Netgear R7000 Router angeschlossen(neueste Version-keine Änderung vorgenommen).
Bis dato lief alles wunderbar aber nun bekommt man die Webseiten nur sehr sehr langsam auf-d.h. es dauert ewig bis diese geladen wurde, schätze bis zu 1 Minute ca.

Teilweise nach diversen Resets des Modems und des Routers(auf Hoffnung einer Besserung) war die Verbindung kurz normal aber nach kürzester Zeit sofort wieder lahm.

Ich habe an meinem Netzwerk nichts geändert was für mich bedeutet dass man dadurch ausschließen kann dass ich etwas falsch konfiguriert habe. Lief ja bis dato perfekt.

Wenn ich mich über LAN-Kabel von meinem Macbook zum Modem verbinde spricht der speedtest von unitymedia die wie immer ca. 12 Mbit an und es funktioniert alles gut.
--> Tausche ich nun das Kabel vom Modem zum Router(Verbindung ist nun Macbook zum Router), ist auch hier das angesprochene Problem das mir vorerst natürlich an den Wireless-Geräten auffiel vorhanden.
Über WLAN funktioniert es nie.

So ist absolut kein Internet über UM benutzbar.
Habe schon Anfang der Woche mit UM tel. da hieß es es liegt eine Großraumstörung vor.

Gestern über den Chat wurde mir gesagt dass er keinerlei Störung vorliegen hat!

Im Router sehen ich dass er eine IP Adresse, Gateway usw. vom Modem bekommen hat.

Wie kann das sein dass es direkt am Modem funktioniert und über meinen Router nichts mehr(auch LAN nicht) ?
Die Firmware vom ARRIS Modem ist von 2011 oder so wenn ich mich recht erinnere wenn ich die Info-Seite auf 192.168.100.1 aufrufe. Dachte es wurde evtl. ein Update aufgespielt was ein Problem mit meinem Netgear-Gerät verursachen könnte... da dieses Phänomen letztes Wochenende zur selben Zeit in einem anderen Haushalt min. 60 km entfernt von mir auch aufgetreten ist. (AUCH ARRIS MODEM und ein NETGEAR-ROUTER) :confused:

Was meint ihr dazu? :traurig:

Könnte es evtl sein, dass bei den Netgear-Router, automatisch Firmware-updates gemacht worden sind?

Ich fasse mal zusammen zur Überprüfung, ob es richtig verstanden wurde:
1. Bei der direkten Verbindung vom Rechner mit dem Modem über ein LAN-Kabel ist alles o.k. . Mich wundert die Angabe von doch sehr geringen 12 MBit/s. Welchen Tarif hast Du denn?
2. Über WLAN ist gar keine Internet-Verbindung möglich.
3. Über LAN klappt nur eine sehr langsame Internetverbindung.

Wenn dem so ist, dürfte klar sein, dass kein Problem seitens Unitymedia vorliegt, sondern das Problem im Bereich Deines Routers zu suchen ist.
Du schreibst, dass Du nichts verändert hast und das Problem plötzlich von einem Tag auf den anderen auftrat.
Bist Du da wirklich sicher? Keiner hat eventuell ein Kabel beschädigt oder Kabel in die falsche Buchse gesteckt?

Hallo danke.
ok vlt. habe ich mich etwas unglücklich ausgedrückt :smile:

1. Ich habe derzeit noch den alten Clever Flat Starter mit 10Mbit deshalb sind die 12 völlig ok.
2. WLAN funktioniert genauso langsam wie wenn ich direkt mit LAN-Kabel verbunden bin(über Router)
3. siehe 2.

Zu deinem Fazit: Nein ich habe überhaupt keine Änderung vorgenommen(auch kein anderer kommt in Frage) da ich das Problem erstmals an dem Wochenende in einem anderen Haushalt hatte, dort war es genau gleich!
Dann bin ich am nächsten Tag nach Hause und habe das selbe Problem bei mir festgestellt. Ob der andere Haushalt nun wieder funktioniert kann ich leider nicht sagen da Personen im Urlaub sind.

Ich habe die letzte Firmware auf dem Router laut Netgear Support-Webseite, ob ich diese 1.0.4.30 version installiert hatte oder autom. weiß ich nicht. Aber autom.habe ich eigentlich nichts konfiguriert bzw. gibt es keinen Menüpunkt den ich wüsste.

Habe noch etwas im Netgear Forum gestöbert und dort sind ein paar auch nicht ganz mit der neuesten FW zufrieden. Werde heute Abend wieder auf die 1.0.4.28 zurück gehen und sehen was passiert.
Wobei bis vor ein paar Tagen ja alles palletti war :mussweg:

Da warst Du aber doch wohl per WLAN-verbunden, oder?
Hast Du denn zu Hause bei der Verbindung über LAN, die WLAN-Verbindung ausgeschaltet?

Solange Dein Rechner direkt ans Modem angeschlossen mit voller Bandbreite funktioniert, kann das Problem nicht an der UM-Verbindung liegen.
Hast du das Kabel vom Rechner zum LAN-Port des Routers mal probeweise ausgewechselt?
Ich würde auch mal den Router in die Wekseinstellungen zurückversetzen (mindestens 7 Sekunden Reset-Taste gedrückt halten) und danach neu konfigurieren.

Im übrigen immer dran denken:
Jedesmal, wenn hinter dem Modem das direkt angeschlossene Gerät gewechselt wird, sollte es mal vom Strom genommen werden.

Ich war dort auch per LAN verbunden, habe die selbe Prozedur wie bei mir durchgeführt.
LAN Kabel tauschen sinnfrei- wenn das gleiche Kabel direkt am Modem funktioniert oder?
WLAN natürlich AUS bei LAN- Habe für diesen Fall schon eine "Umgebung" im Mac konfiguriert der das macht.
Solange Dein Rechner direkt ans Modem angeschlossen mit voller Bandbreite funktioniert, kann das Problem nicht an der UM-Verbindung liegen.

Ja davon gehe ich auch immer aus, deshalb ist dies mein erster Schritt zur Fehler Eingrenzung. Wobei ich dieses mal dirket dann an ein fehlerhafte Software auf dem Modem dachte das vlt. Probleme mit dn Netgear Geräten verursacht.
Habe den Router natürlich schon resettet und auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und dann so "frisch" gelassen und getestet (ergab keine Änderung) da ich eine falsche Konfiguration meiner Seits ausschließen wollte.
Im übrigen immer dran denken:

Doch, das Problem kann schon (auch) an der UM-Verbindung liegen, denn was der Rechner gerade/evtl. noch akzeptiert, kann ein Router (eine Firmware) evtl. nicht mehr akzeptieren. Stichworte sind ToS, ECN, MTU, diverser "unverträglicher" broadcast traffic an der WAN-Schnittstelle des Routers, DNS, etc., etc. ... M. E. sollte man in alle Richtungen suchen.
Suspekt ist das schon, gerade weil es fast gleichzeitig an gleichen UM-Anschlüssen/-Tarifen passiert ist.

Hallo tq1199, bin zwar kein Experte aber genau in diese Richtung gingen meine Gedanken auch.

Habe leider keine weiteren Kenntnisse in dieser Richtung etwas in Erfahrung zu bringen.
Könnte mal ein Bild hochladen von den Modem Werten und dem Router Log.

Ein Blick in die diversen Statistiken des Routers kann natürlich auch nicht schaden.
