Ständige Disconnects seit Juli

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze seit geraumer Zeit Unitymedia 2play mit 50 Mbit/s. Das funktionierte zu Beginn auch gut, jedoch habe ich seit Juli ständig Probleme mit Verbindungsabbrüchen (beinah jede Stunde). Das Modem spuckt jedesmal die gleichen Fehler aus, es waren schon zwei Techniker hier, die die Leitung entstört haben, die Werte sind nun laut Techniker und Unitymedia Top. Das Modem (Cisco 3212) wurde gegen ein 3208 getauscht, ohne Erfolg.

Der Disconnect besteht immer für Sekunden, ohne dass Lämpchen am Modem ausfallen. Betroffen ist neben dem Internet auch das Telefon. Anschluss steht in Düsseldorf Derendorf.
Ich bin eigentlich sonst immer zufrieden gewesen und hatte immer vollen Speed (habe ich heute noch, wenn alles klappt) und würde gerne bei UM bleiben. Habt ihr Erfahrungen und/oder Tipps, woran das Problem liegen könnte, dass ich Unitymedia und den Techniker drauf hinweise?
